he Gender Equality Plan of the research organisation Agrovýzkum Rapotín s.r.o. is a concrete tool for promoting and supporting the objectives and measures leading to the improvement of equal opportunities for men and women in research, development and human resources management, which includes the priorities of the European strategy in this area and the requirements of the Horizon Europe programme.
By implementing the Gender Equality Plan (GEP), Agrovýzkum Rapotín s.r.o. subscribes to the principles of the European Union's objectives in the field of gender equality (Strategy for Gender Equality 2020-2025) and national policy intentions (Gender Equality Plan 2021-2030: Office of the Government, Department of Gender Equality, Plan for the Promotion of Gender Equality of the Ministry of Education and Science for the period 2021-2024). The promotion of gender equality is thus embedded as an important value in the organisational culture of the company through the Plan.

The material sets out measures leading to further deepening the support for the practical application of gender equality in the institutional setting of the organisation. The Gender Equality Plan was developed on the basis of an analysis of the existing institutional setting.
