Specialised Library of Applied Research in Agriculture (SLARA) is:
- a functional network of modern libraries and study rooms of seven research organizations
- gateway to the enormous potential of excellent, guaranteed and globally recognized information sources (response to long, serious absence of complexity and availability of information sources in the agrarian sphere of the Czech Republic)
- support for the development of agricultural research (the quantity, variety and quality of data interferes to related disciplines; it also serves the community of experts in the agricultural, food, biological, chemical, biochemical and technological fields)
The specialised library in Rapotin offers a wide range of documentary and electronic information sources in agricultural, food and environmental fields.
